DSi Armor Case Review

(More customer reviews)Although i never really trust the case that doesn't cover the whole ds, this cover is great for what it is for. I just love the material, it looks fancy in a way, or maybe because i always like the way the matte look.
Overall, it does what it needs to do, and for my dsi, and matches very pretty with the quality of the material. However, i do still put another case on top when i put it in a bag or when i store it somewhere else. The part that is not covered still might get scratched. If you want to use it as a protection from your hand (like getting darker or oily and such), this case is perfect, but not as storage for ur dsi, at least that's what i think. =)

Saitek P220 Digital PC Game Pad Review

(More customer reviews)I bought the Saitek P220 game pad because I needed a cheap USB controller to play classic arcade games on my laptop. For the most part, it's a decent controller. It features a total of 8 buttons (six on the front and two on the the top) so it's versatile enough for simple jump-and-shoot games as well as complex fighting games.
A unique, but unusable, feature is the center throttle button. There are four settings that can be selected by pressing it either up or down. Also, you can go for a more precise control by holding it and slowly increasing/decreasing the speed. I'm guessing it was made to give the user better control with acceleration in racing games, but it will take some time to get used to it. Your better off buying some pedals and a steering wheel.
This 8-way directional button is not as precise as it should be but this is a problem with every game pad (made specifically for PC's) that I have seen. The build quality needs some work because some buttons are looser or stick up higher than others. However, since this is the cheapest controller I could find, that was expected.
All in all, this is a good cheap controller. Setup was a snap with Windows XP, it really is plug-and-play. I've had it for almost a month and it's still working. If you're looking for a cheap controller this is the one for you. If you're looking for a hard-core controller, look elsewhere. For $, what do you expect?

(More customer reviews)I've had this control for quite a while now and have had no problems with it, and it has been dropped once or twice too. The fan works as advertised and keeps your hands cool, though the only difference between low and high speed fan is that the high speed is just a little louder, with no noticeable air flow difference. The low speed is really all you need anyway.
All the buttons respond nicely. The Dpad probably isn't as precise as the dpads on many controllers for console systems though(the super nintendo controller probably had one of the best Dpads ever). The analog sticks are very good as well (though once again probably not quite as good as some console system's controllers).
The controller is laid out in a similar fasion to the PS2 controller, so users of it should feel right at home with this. Those with smaller hands might find this controller a bit big, but for the large handed individual like me, it's great!
Really good controllers for computers seem to be hard to find. This one is definitely one of the better ones. I play psyconauts with it along with many older emulated games on the computer. It works very well for pretty much anything (first person shooter games are of course best controlled with keyboard and mouse).
In conclusion, if you are looking for a controller for your PC, this is probably a good one to go with (there are certainly far worse ones). The price is nice too.

Star Wars (Players Choice) Review

It's one of those games you can't put down after you've started. ok, the graphics aren't the greatest but you have to remember, this game was around when the original big fat clunky gameboy was around which makes the graphics pretty good for its time, I think. and this game has characters and dialogue right from the movie. there a flaws like every other item you'll buy. the game doesn't exactly follow the movie. when you land on the deathstar you never get to be disguised as a stormtrooper as i had hoped. another thing is you find out princess leah (however you spell it) is on the detetion level and you're already on the detetion level. and the only thig obi wan does for you is give you the lightsaber which yo only need to use once in the entire game. and i think te deathstar trench run could hve been spruced up a little more but it's still pretty cool. overall this is a great game though. some people complain about there not being a save option. i don't want one! this game is way to cool to stop playing!

Dual Glow Sabers Review

(More customer reviews)I got these light sabers for my small sons. They looked really cool and there were two in the package - a bargain? I have three problems with them:
1. The construction of this light saber does not completely mesh with the wii controller. Buttons are too easily activated - and we are talking buttons that you didn't want pressed! Frustration level can be high. Who wants to carefully use a light saber with the most controlled and lightest of touches when you are busy fighting the dark forces!
2. The craftsmanship is for the birds (but what these days aren't?) and after 2 weeks of usage by adults, it is cracking along the seams. Thankfully, I still have the receipt.
3. This is not a complaint against the light sabers but just a tip on their use. They work with Clone Wars and the like but no so much with the Lego, Complete Saga game. The original recipients of this item were my young kids but they were kind of useless for their G-Rated game. Although they LOVED to swing them around, it did not do much in the way of helping them in the game.
I am not sure about getting the higher priced ones since I hear they have problems too....
